@kwhiteusmc Bullshit. They are talking from there ass. Pat Metheny is a brilliant composer, musician ,and guitarist. Sungha Jung is finger style guitarist who covers songs. He is a good player but by no means in the same boat.

A few of my classmates had the nerve to say that the young kid prodigy, Sungha Jung, is better than Pat. He is good, but he has a long way to go to even fit into Pat's shoes.

Just saw "THE MAN" at the blue note with Grenadier. The show was awesome!! I love Pat!!! Every cut is truly a gem!

I LOVE this version, where he starts on the higher octave... and that synth solo is unreal. Sanchez and McBride must be inside Metheny's head.... the tightness of this version is way over the top....
