  • anyone who was exploited by rev ike wasn't listening to what he preached. i was not one of his followers (nor was i a follower of any preacher) but he struck me as more of a motivational speaker than anything else. worth listening to. but no one should allow themselves to be directed by another without using common sense. R.I.P., rev.

  • Every thing he say was on the money, thank you..

  • I wish I had never listened to negative words about Rev. Ike as a child. Now that I am more aware, I overstand what he was teaching and applying it himself. When he taught "Jesus has no more God in him than You" I realize this is what today's Prosperity Preachers DO NOT teach. They want you believe you can only acquire wealth via Jesus by going to their Church and supporting their ministry through than from your own GOD Power. Ike didn't make you dependent on him as Jakes and'em do today.

  • being a parasite is great though!

  • @jollysincere You are so full of yourself you can't even hear what the man is saying.

  • In the late 60's (I think it was) the town I was in @ N.C. stopped when Rev Ike came on, White people as well as Black, even the local head of the Klu Klux Klan whom I knew personally listened to Reverend Ike faithfully. His message reached deep across social lines and he probably did more to open up Society than most because he spoke to men's hearts and minds . Sure people laughed and joked about him but when Rev Ike spoke, they tuned in and listened.

  • @blewis9505 Ike was worse than a politician!, what gets my dandruff up, is how silly so many are trying to defend this clown. The guy was a shameless Fraudster in the highest order, concerned only with raking in the money of those dumb enough to fall for his crap. One's God Given "Common Sense" is all that is needed to attain a well balanced successful life.Ike, like todays Mega church pimps, knew how to tap into & exploit the "greed factor" of the weak and gullible.

  • @jollysincere His son and wife are exactly the same! Not one friggen penny of mine will they or anyone like them get. Not one cent! Dude was as bad as any politifcian of yesterday or today.

  • @greennleafy he is dead or alive thank you
