@Soundofjoy Man, i really like your talent as a pianist. Wheres your course at??... Is it somewhere in PA??

that is so neat, I play in a white church where we do that, but all in "regular" chords like c, g, mostly d. because of the guitar players. and it took me a while to find out, I can throw some cool stuff in there, and everyone will not stop playing guitar and singing and stop and look at me, like "What are you playing!" I mean if you play 3 minutes of D you have to find something to do with it!! thank you!

Man, what would I give to play like you!!!!! I took lessons for years and my teacher during that time would not let me improvise and I feel that it has somewhat hampered me. I can read and I study theory books but somehow i stil fall short. YOU ARE TRULY ANOINTED.THANKS FOR BLESSING ME!

they play in A flat a lot because it's a shout key specially organists. And A flat is like a universal key for professional singers and beginners cause it's not too high and also not too too low.If you wanna play in a baptist church you gotta know your A flat key.C# is a very good praise key, specially you can use all the black notes, and you can do the Harp effect with it(you press your sustain pedal and you slide your hands on all the black notes back and forth).I love playing slow songs in C#.
