@TheWingflyer I mean the weight has to be big relative to the total vehicle weight.

Cool. Makes use of of the principle of the tight rope walker. I'd mulled something like this for quite a while. The weight has to be pretty big though and past a certain point it won't work.
The only way to get around these 2 problems is to somehow tie your inertia wheel to the environment rather than depending on its mass alone.

Hehehe! It can and goes much faster but then the gyroscopic forces arose from the mass of inertial of the wheels appear to help the stability. So the slower it goes, the harder the control is. Anyways, Thanks!
