  • Ty, Thank you Clyde, thank you Rick. lmao..... I love you Larry.

  • thank u rick

  • @greendagger87 i send you a private message, this 200char messages are horrible :)

  • @laokon i thought it was useless until i realized the science one of my teachers mits yamashita and his ability to counter my speed the martial art is stricly from what i understand a great art 4 counter

  • @greendagger87 ...I sometimes use some of their principles like sabaki (which is to be found in various other MA) but out of that, i never was able or saw smeone use aiki efficiently against a good striker, unlike paqua zhang or taichi (which seems to most people to be just a gymnastic for elderly).

    kind regards

  • @greendagger87 i might extrapolate a bit and don't hesitate to correct if i'm wrong, by all means:you find use of some aiki technicks because you are versed in different martial arts amongst those i could find realistic contact or semi-contact MA, and thus you have experience in hitting and being hit which allows you sometimes to use said technics. aiki principles are godly, but not useable in a real situation if one is not trained in contact striking next to it in my opinion...1/2

  • @laokon aikido works 4 some people and sadly not for others i know many friends who use koppo every martial artist has there own path muay thai wing chun and koppo basicly is that path i like aikido alot so it has its purpose as well for me

  • @Eaglestrike3211 even if i'm not ok with all they show or principles they have, kempo is a nice application of what karate should have been.i practice a different art where emphasis is put on full contact combat with the least restrictions possible but includes clinch and ground work, gotta be ready no mather what level the fight is brought on in my opinion, and i try to bring that also in self defense lessons.

  • @laokon I agree, and it is sad. jet Li also has noticcied this in china with wushu, the art that he dominated for 5 years as champion in a row. Emphasis is put more on form than actual combat and creativity to adjust to situations. This MA dervies from the purely practical aspect of the arts, which wouldnt exist if the arts did what they had to have done to begin with.

  • @greendagger87 aikido does not work, koppok jutsu is sadly unknown to most people :/

you gonna get 20 repsonses like: what is koppo? did you invent it? is it new? etc

    regards

  • @Eaglestrike3211 that what it has come to sadly which should be other way around.martial in martial arts means to be used for war or combat. that prt has been lost thanks to some punks only doing katas and kihon, forgetting about the goal of all budos

  • Thank you Rick.

  • @ttam142

Yes, but martial arts (traditional) have certain culture specific aspects that do not help in the most efficient strikes. An improved martial art, sometimes synonomous with combat system, uses specific technniques to destroy the threat

  • @Eaglestrike3211 sorry just wanted to point out that a combat system is just another word for martial art. martial(war) art(expression/production/method)= method of war. also most martial arts(aikdo, judo, jiujitsu, karate, taekwondo, etc) use opposite force in one war or another. also opposite force only goes so far wich is why most martial arts also focus on biomechanics and creating techniques that allow the most efficient transfer and delivery of self generated force.

  • @TheMDBJJ there is something called aikido and koppojutsu

  • @TheMDBJJ

Overkill methos is used in Kenpo/ Every move such as knee strike which dislocates the knee with onyl 8lbs of force is needed to KO. You only continue if you miss.

  • @TheMDBJJ

Actually once again is pointed out you know nothing of this combat system (not martial art...Krav Maga is also a combat system). You dont dance aroudn the opponent. You use opposite force. Its taught in science classes, did you drop out by chance? You sue the momentum to limit your exertion force or alsoborrowed force. Ex. opponent lunges, you step and use his momentum to make him out like a ragdoll. 3rd week of class we countered wrestling grabs/bear hugs...

  • @TheMDBJJ

This combat system is a modern update, when if you read the history, is created to combat the fighting i Ed parkers neighborhood that he saw was utilized on the street by the average punk. So as you try to swing your sack around to show whose tough, duke it out in the ring with all your rules and regulations. I would rather put my life in a swift/fast action rather than fight for 3- 5 minute rounds hoping the guy doesnt stab me.

  • @Eaglestrike3211

his system is to put you down and stay down. It has been proven as a flaw in BJJ that if attacked by multiple opponents grappling is useless. You will get the stuffing kicked ou tof you as you cannot grapple with 3-4 people at the same time on the ground using armbars. Nor do situations sometimes call for being not stbbed or hit int h back of the head with a pipe, MMA teaches to knockout with fists and avoid punches, not avoid pipes/knifes/guns.

  • @TheMDBJJ

Why are you so angry, are you threatened by this martial art?? This combat system, not martial art, which is simialir in class to Krav Maga used to defend in life/death situtaions is specificially designed for that, defending your life by hits to the enck an joint manipulations. If you ahve studied Kenpo (which is clear you have not), you would know there is a 3 second rule. If 1on1 fight lasts more that 3 seconds you are NOT using Kenpo.

  • LMAO!!! THANK YOU GENTLEMEN

  • @TheMDBJJ What ever works....

  • 02:50. "It's a good thing I have control." -.-

  • @sibelius791 no you lose. BJJ and wrestling for that matter will ALWAYS counter your "so called" martial art. you know it and you try to dance around the facts. you're not going to stop a blast double or a clinch. your're a phony. maybe when you realize that karate and kempo may look good on tape, it will never work in a self defense situation. eye poking isnt kenpo its just a way to get out of a confrontation. maybe we should start a martial art. its called 'eyepokiebitescratchy".
