  • This was "colorized"; unlike the Korean retraced "color" version in the early '70s, NO alterations to the original animation was done here...the process is the same as taking a black and white picture and adding color to it, as on a movie poster or postcard.

  • Nice. I'd always wondered what process was used for this version. And I think I'm getting closer to getting my hands on a black and white version. When I do, I'll put it up.

  • A hoy, a computer colorized version! That brings it back!

And I do agree this is a good Halloween cartoon!

  • I'm still trying to get my hands on a black and white version. If you, or anyone else out there, knows where I can find one, I would greatly appreciate it.

  • Trust me, I'm not hating on the computerized color version (though if it was the "redrawn" version from 1968...), it was nostalgia from when I first started watching cartoons in the 90s.

And I looked through all the Golden Collection's, its not released on DVD yet.

  • The only redrawn 'toons I have are for the "fun" factor of them. The fact that sometimes you can actually see the character disappear for two frames cracks me up. Quality control was not first and foremost on their minds...

  • @Vorral cant you just remove the color yourself lol

  • @Vorral I think cartoons are better in color.

  • Does any body knows which cartoon is the one in which porky and duffy are in a hospital, and their heads and bodies inflate like balloons,.

any way. i'd like to watch it is fun.... thanks.

  • "Any bbbbbbbbody here?"

    "NO! THERE AIN'T NOBBBBBBBBODY HERE!"

    XD

  • Dizzy Duck is simelar to the duckling in "I Wanna Be A Sailor" (1937).

  • They should have in the first place. They should use both the Korean version and the computerize version of all the Black-and-White cartoons.

  • I wonder if the voice that answers Porky at 2:08 was Billy "Froggy" Laughlin of Little Rascals fame? Sounds like him; hmmmmmmmmmm.
