Mónica sin duda es la más grande de la historia del tenis femenino con apenas 18 años había logrado 8 gran slam ( nadie lo ha hecho ni lo hizó), me da rabia la aptitud de la prensa al celebrar a Graf, quién de paso salió más beneficiada que ninguna otra tenista de la época ante el apuñalamiento a Mónica, En conclusión Graf campeona de segunda categoría y debiera en estos tiempos dar una explicación a sus triunfos post ataque de Mónica. Que pena el sentimiento de las otras como Sánchez, Martínez.

monica was the greatest and would have won 20 grand slams at least...steffi graf can NEVER claim to being the greatest...Martina is also obvioulsy two faced...She was one of the bitches who complained about Monica's grunting at the 1992 Wimbledon

Indeed, all those other players treated Monica with disdain and glee. Steffi Graf was another one who had shortchanged Monica. She never said any word about what Monica's absence had benefitted her ranking and earnings. The least she could do was to acknowledge that if it hadn't been for the stabbing, she would NOT have won as much as she did. But not a word.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I admire her so much for heverything she has done. Not only has she completely changed the way tennis was played, she also came out dignified of horrible situations. I have an endless admiration for this woman. She is my inspiration everyday.
