i have worked the door for years. My chin straps are tight. Not many persons are aware of the amount of total shit bags roaming our street that will beet you to death if they cannot have a beer. People are qwick to slander doorman, but who else will face these violent bastards? The police run, the public hide from it. Its an ugly job, not for everyone, but while the government allows the sale of alcohol and the police are to cowardly to step in and stop these people, we are as needed as water.

Im from Coventry and had the pleasure of reading Geoff Thompsons autobiography, a real recommended read wrote by a man who was a model doorman and no jack o nory like some.

It was great to be able to find this short film just a shame the comments are full of plastic gangsters...lay off the steroids fellas eh?
