I do believe that playing in this clip is Garry Read now 2nd trom at Black Dyke, Dave Long now at YBS and Martin Armstrong formerly or Black Dyke/Grimethorpe and Fodens.
This was 1998 and early on in the day (band number 5). That road was very busy and quite crowded yesterday afternoon way before the contest and later in the evening it was absoutely heaving! It shows how popular the Whit Friday band Contest has become. An amazing event. No doubt there will be even more videos coming on Youtube from this year.
