how to extract rar files

It is A rar file and its a soccer match its a big file and i cant open it its always telling me to insert a disk of the same volume? i dont know what to:(

from the sounds of it you could either have downloaded a corrupted version of it meaning a certain part is missing, or it could be getting opened wrong . i know its a big thing to ask but could you list the name of all the files ?

When Ever i Try To Exract a download to watch it always says insert a disk with the volume and click ok? what do i do

what type of file is it? is it a movie,iso,game,program? and where might you be getting it from.

If a file is seperated to 2 different parts it will ask for replacing. To avoid this u need to select all the parts by clicking and draging then right click on 1 of them and select extract here or extract in "foldername"

mine was a game tht i extracted here the 2 files but thn got a folder and tht has one application now 3 bin files wat do i do??
