sorry but 14details was correct the monaro is no longer made. hence the vxr8 came along and took its place.

The VXR8 driver cheated as he had a rolling start. That corsa should have done him!

The Monaro VXR8 is just called the VXR8 in the UK and has a totally different body shape to what we think of as a Monaro.

Opel/Vauxhall/Holden are all the same, owned by GM who dictate which marque gets what. If anything, the Vauxhall range is more like Opel, the Monaro being the exception.

that is a monaro. and the Vxr8 are not even Vauxhall, nearly all of Vauxhall cars are imported holdens with the badges replaced

Monaros are 2 Doors. built in australia first in the 60's. the export monaros stopped with the holden/hsv vz model. this is the 4 door, based on the holden special vehicles clubsport, the companies base sedan.
