That's just lag... If you look, you see him leave the room right after. He got the "Connection is not Stable" Screen.

I recognize that name. That guy plays MM TDM all day and night but I don't think he is a lagswitcher. That looks like he just got a CNS in the middle of shooting and disconnected (the red text that pops out in the middle of your screen before you disconnect).
