I know this video is 2 years old but thought I'd post the fix anyway. This can be fixed with a 4700uf 35V capacitor and a diode (3A 400piv). I have an 07 and ran into this too when DRLs were active. I soldered the capacitor in parallel with the + and - leads energizing the relay coil. (make sure not to reverse polarity or it will pop the cap). Diode goes prior to the capacitor on the + leading to the relay coil (silver band towards coil) Diode stops damage to DRL module from cap discharge.

What does that relay do? I have an 06 GP and haven't had any issues with install of the system.

the relay is to keep the factory headlight harness from burning up.. i've figured out the problem, the DRLs run on pulse width modulation, which is causing the relay to buzz like that.. I am working on a fix to eliminate the DRLs completely
