Interesting, because the scene in the movie shows Owen Bradley wanting them to sound like a country band and not rockabilly. However, I heard that the movie was not accurate and contained many historical errors.

A genious musician that would have surpassed many of his contemporaries and would have grown to become the King Pin of Rock.
