@puddingpants7 There are many different capture boards. The easy ones just plugs into a free USB port on a computer. You then just plug your video game into that box as if it was your TV and use some software to record. I think most capture boards comes with easy to use software.
Quality depends on the device and the type of cable you use. Composite being worst, then s-video, RGB, component and finally HDMI as the best. RGB, component and HDMI is very rare and usually very expensive.

@puddingpants7 Pinnacle Movieboard Plus (Studio 700) hardware capture card and a s-video cable from the PS2. Software: AMCAP by microsoft.
