@DedicateddS For this, it's not really Kusumi Koharu, it's Tsukishima Kirari, an anime character that Koharu plays. So she dresses and sings the way the character does in the anime for her solo lives. If you saw her now you would know that she does have different styles.

I think it's kinda a waste that she uses her talent and dresses like that. It's cute, but I would like to see Japanese girls less "childish cute" looking. Why not trying an other style, and start talking with your own voice?
