the package is total bullshit!!! I got some plain CD cases to store them.

I agree on the package,I know is laime but true.on the other hand the nutrition guide is just that , a guide! You can modifie it .it is easier to trac your calories with an I phone app called my fitness pal.just tipe in what you feel like eating and it will give you a ball park figure of the amount of calories its worth .

Ther's an easy fix for this dogg.. what i did was buy a cd case from "case logic" or something like that so that my dvds wouldn't get scratched cus they're pretty expensive...I gotta say the hardest thing IS the food, i'm mexican and i come form tacos, burritos, tamales,you know all that food with a bunch of carbs...so it's pretty tough to change these habits but it has to be done!! Good job on your journey>

@AutoTechHector on top of that its fried! I totaly understand. I have come to the realizeation that 80% of it is diet and 20% is the actual workouts. If Beachbody has taught me anything, its how to eat right.

@israelconcrete I couldn't agree more with you...but let me ask you a question, this is a bit off topic but do you know the difference between protein and creatine and do you suggest i take both.??

@AutoTechHector The only tyhing I have ever taken in all my years of working out is protein. I was a little skinny guy for a long time so I took protein to gain weight and muscle...it worked but that was a long time ago. I started to get high body fat levels starting about 4 years ago. I still take protien but only as part of meals and stuff.

@israelconcrete Cool thanks for your help. The thing with me is i'm trying to lose weight and get cut you know. I'm 5'5 and 170lbs right now , my goal is to get at 155lbs or 150lbs. so i'm trying to figure out what works for me.

@AutoTechHector That's exactly what I wanted. I weighed over 190lbs at 5' 9" and wanted to get cut too. I followed that eating just like they said and I droped to a little under 175lbs. Follow the eating and it will work! Promise!
