This movie is a wavelet transformation of the song "Just Blue" (1979) from the French band "Space". The color in the gradient map represents here the power of each voice for the corresponding frequency. Well we can see how to change the frequency content of the sound with the time (time-frequency representation). For instance, the melody of several instruments (e.g. a synthesizer) can be distinctly seen.
