Hey Mom! Hope you're having fun in Japan, but here at Dad's we're cooking up a storm. I, Danika, have plans to cook dinner EVERY night... oooooooh fun! And Sami's on desserts. She's getting an idea for a family restaurant... Anyways, on the menu tonight: A Ratatouille with Chickpeas and Summer Squash, on top of some Couscous. On the side, a Summer Garden Pasta from the Barefoot Contessa cookbook. Tasted a bit like Dad's party brie/basil pasta, but with a LOT less cheese, and FRESH GRATED parmesan instead of brie.
