Ghost Hunters: Grant Hanger Hoax?

In this video we see part of a TAPS / Ghost Hunters investigation from the McKeehan House. Jason Hawes & Grant Wilson are in a room when a hanger is thrown towards Jason. This happens again a short while later, but the second time the footage shows exactly what direction the hanger was thrown from.

Why is Grant the one always executing most of the fake evidence? Is he the one who stands to gain the most by the success of the show? I never see the "lesser members" of GH pulling the stunts, so, was just wondering.

Yes he is. Why? Simple answer: Ratings.

It's Grant's responsibility to keep the show on the air and to keep the viewers interested in the show.

Besides that...just remember what channel it's on...it's the Science "fiction" channel...lol

Seriously...how many people would actually tune in every week to see nothing happen at all? hehehe

@ParanormalEvidence01 GH is going down...in hindsight, the shoddiness of the latest episodes along with constant personnel changes/absences was a clear hint. I watch GA now too...mainly for the entertainment from "Larry, Moe & Curley". I should point out that I don't believe in ghosts at all. I just like to watch it because I find it amusing. I've NEVER seen anything on a ghost show which wasn't the product of fakery, human imagination, or an artifact from the electronics.

Yeahhh Im sure But I can go both ways about this But the cheesy stunts that he would pull even though it was the producers or not way to lame the coat collar pull with the string, the picture frame falling over , the chothes hanger whipped at Jason and so on ..... as soon as I saw that coat collar tug That did it for me and I have all their DVDS it was sad they " Jumped the Shark" now I think its going down,, I now watch Ghost Adventures ....

@ParanormalEvidence01 Too late, as u probably know, he quit the show last night. I suspect the very reason he did it is that he grew tired of TV producers making him and the others pull all these stunts to convince the viewers they've seen ghostly activity. He probably got sick of that and said screw this!!

I say lets first get invited on GRANTS FACEBOOK lets start today Then on a particular day that I will mention next week we all hammer this guy on comments on his FB and this youtube video it would be great if we all do it at the same time on a Thursday morning the morning after the Taps was aired we can cause stress and who knows national attention???

What some here seems to have forgotten is that it is the producer of the show and the editors that decide what is kept was is cut and what is stuck together..Not the TAPS team...So if it seems that things are being spliced or edited point at the producers not at TAPS.

this isn't nearly as fake as the coat pull. That was so obvious it wasn't even funny. I think that they do catch some paranormal activity but in desperate attempts to keep audiences interested I believe they have fabricated evidence. I remember when they'd have shows and NOTHING happened. It was usually debunked. Then they'd go on their merry way. Now it always seems like the air is really "thick" and they're a lot more jumpy at sounds etc. They sold their credibility for fame.
