How about we start with the premise:
everyone, given that they make an attempt to support themselves is worthy of government support and thus should be given food, shelter and healthcare.
In these exceptional circumstances, the government gives the money to purchase these services directly to the people who need them. The people would spend the money in a much more efficient manner and we wouldn't need all these government bureaucrats to allocate wealth and get kickbacks.

VisionVictory, you articulate exactly my point of view regards the ridiculous, corrupt pile of shit that we deal with daily now.
Unfortunately, explaining the concept of free market capitalism to people, ironically, is likely to get you labelled a fascist as:
a) most people don't actually know what fascism means
b)| don't understand that our current system practically IS fascism, where the state meddles in virtually every aspect of our lives
Keep up the good work.

@freeinallthings
Ron Paul supports pot holes in public roads being filled by the government.
Ron Paul supports local police forces for muggers.
Ron Paul has opposed the "latest lie" regarding war.
Ron Paul isn't opposed to the government doing any of those things. He is opposed tot he FEDERAL government doing those things, as it creates more waste and makes the politicians more remote and, hence, are less accountable for action or inaction.
I don't believe you know Ron Paul's platform at all.
