Louden Swain has been spending the entire wrestling season losing 22 pounds in order to wrestle Brian Shoot, the defending state champion. This is the climax of the movie Vision Quest which is probably one of my favorite wrestling movies of all time.

@ElsuperCon I know your comment is 4 months old, but I thought I'd shoot ya an answer. This movie was filmed in Spokane, Wa at several local high schools. I attended Mead High at the time, the center of the wrestling universe :). The referee of this final match in the movie is Cash Stone, my wrestling coach. Everything I learned about toughness and perserverance, I learned from that man and this sport. Cheers.

BEST WRESTLING MOVIE!!! It's a shame that people don't realize the blood and tears that wreslters go through, but that's right!!!
