Uh, you have to relieve the pressure first by unplugging the fuse or relay to the fuel pump and then starting the car and letting it die. Otherwise it you could die or at least have a lot of gas everywhere.

this muthafucking filter bottom hose will not come off the top one took like a hour and this bottom shit aint budging is there any alternatives to move the hose if its been on for years

how often should the filter be replaced? If it aint broke don't fix it?

@jackchn23 The fuel filter should be changed to make sure that there is always a clean steady flow of fuel to the engine. When to change it is varies on different cars. It can be between 20,000 to 100,000 miles. I would check your owners manual. I think we've done it about every 40,000 miles on this car.

thx so much for the vids you have no idea how much money you saved me. you tube is the best way to save money on minor auto repairs. sears tried to charge me $30 dollars to install a tail light bulb smdh. youtube should do on line
