Sorry for the late post again.

The A and altered A sections are direct references from Amon's Theme from Dark Wizard for the SEGA CD. Then there I my original ideas shoved in between, and altering of the original melody from Dark Wizard. My plan was to stay out of the major/minor tonality, so I stumbled upon Phrygian mode.
