I review and show why you do not want to buy this case. I unfortunately can not get my money back. I have contacted the company to let them know. What I can do is at least save one other consumer money.

  • You may need to adjust your case or get a new one, because mine does not do that at all. Might be a production defect. You should do more testing before making irresponsible videos.

  • @lukewind30 please see therealgriffintech's comment. Clearly not an adjustment issue.

  • It's a design error which we couldn't catch without an iPhone 4 in hand. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't provide us with the device in advance of launch for us to verify operational issues. We are revising the design and will be happy to replace your case with a revised version as soon as they are available.

    Thanks,

    Dave

  • Congrads u have a ghost in ur house

  • i got mine for $20 at target and the flash thing is gone. now it looks like the gear4 one

  • thanks!

  • griffin already remodeled the design

  • doh i bought that case, but i rarely take pictures in the dark, so i guess it will work for me with the protection..

but how do i replace this one with the new fixed one? do i have to send my case to USA and they send me a new one back? I live in Europe, so that can be kinda expensive in postage to USA?

  • There's a tip that if you put a Sharpie marker on the rim for the opening of the back for the camera, it can block that reflection.

  • I've heard that you can take a marker and outline the place where the cutout is for the camera and it solves the problem. Also if you email Griffin, they are aware of the problem and are fixing it. They are willing to replace it with the updated model.
