Thanks for this video.. You look much more gorgeous with black hair... How often do you dip your nails in olive oil/lemon juice mixture?.. I do the avocado-egg yolk-olive oil application every other day.. Is that OK?.. How often do you take the Bio Zinc tablets?.. Please do reply!.. It's nice watching your videos.. You are so helpful.. @funkynaz1 aww thnx huni =] I try to dip my nails in the olive oil & lemon once every 2 weeks! umm maybe using the avocado hair remedy every other day is a bit too much..although try doing it once a week, but sleep with the mixture in your hair, using a plastic bag around it..then wash it off in the morning, maybe mix chick peas powder in it as well =] I use the hair and nail tablets everyday for a month..on/off every month...so glad to help hun x Happy New Year to u too!

i have the same story :P my hair was very very very very silky n long till the time i used bleach :( n now i have my natural colour back i cut the hair wich i bleached, but touch wood i have a fast growth naturally i have thick long black hair ...but at time they look frizzy n they are not at all silky the way they wr.. :( the bleach effected the quality of my ungrown hair too :(
