This is story is not my createion and I found it on the internet. I am posting this video to raise awarness of shelter dogs and the reality of their life!! this had me in tears when I first read it. Please note that I don't own this song and that I am not using it for money making purposes

This made me cry reminding me of my husky mikey, who is long gone maybe in the same world as this dog is if he was found by somone before the needle found him. My mom sold him while i was at school. Once i found out i looked at my mom as tears streamed down my cheeks "I thought you loved me" Now she is never geting me a dog. She even said it to me in my face. RIP MIKEY <3

These videos upset the hell out of me but they also make me that more determined to keep doing the work I do each and every day. I post and re-post and cross-post sweet loving souls like this in hopes that I might save a soul or two every now and then. And I try to keep hoping that I make a difference.

Heartbreaking. Everytime I see a video like this, it literally feels like the inside of my chest is being torn open and my heart crushed to bits. :'(

These videos make me cry so much. Not only are the animals hearts breaking, but the vets who have to put them down.Oh my gosh it must just give them nightmares. Sad thing is, I want to be a vet. >.< I dont look forward to those days.

@ILoveInuYasha989 Thanks, the story is heartwrentching :( Funny thing is I am also hoping to be a vet, not looking forward to having to euthanase animals but if they are suffering then it is the kindess thing to do, putting animal down for reasons such as in the video however... I cannot justify....

(CRYS) this is sooo sad. i had a whole river of tears. we should buy a huge piece of land where all the unwanted pet could roam free, plenty of food and water to drink.

i had to put my cat to sleep on Feb. 3rd 2011 and reading this made me think of her even though she was 20 years old and at deaths door i didnt want her to suffer and i hope she doesnt think poorly of me. ( cries )

:o i hate people that at first they love the dog and then they get merried and leave the dog in the pound. i mean i would never take my dog to the pound if i had to sleep in the streets so be it... but id never take my dog to the pound.

i got to keep him. when i turned 10 he was 8 and old and my adopted parents didnt like dogs but they let me keep him one day i went to school and after school samuel ( my foster dad) picked me up and i had wondered why when we got home jake was gone and so was deb ( foster mom)

i wondered what was going on so i asked and they put jake down!

i had a dog named Jake he was a Australian shepherd he was the best dog in the world i got him as a birthday present at age 2 he was 3 months old my mom had no idea about this and screamed at my dad so my dad left. my mom was going to go outback and shoot him but i didnt let her he was so small and innocent i screamed on the top of my lungs of fear for this dog when my neighbors heard they called child protective services they came and tried to take me away without him i didnt let them so
