does she do that all the time? I've only seen budgies do that when they are very stressed usually pacing up and down a perch, but maybe its to do with her hormones or neurological like you say

@sezzaxxx92 Hi, thanks for watching, she does this in the cage and out of the cage. I have seen some budgies that were cage bound that do this, but she gets a lot of freedom.
She makes me tired just watching her. lol

Wow, that's very odd, I've never seen a budgie do that. There are some great budgie fourms called TalkBudgies, with a lot of experts. I'm sure they would be able to tell you what's going on. By the way, I love your videos! Is that an HQ flight cage? :)

@BudgieWorld Hi, yes that is an HQ flight cage. I think my budgie has a neurological problem. I do belong to the Talkbudgies but have not been there for a while. I will go there with this video. Thanks
