Anticipation

I wrote this song 4 years ago with FL Studio.

Anticipation is a dueling piano piece.
I came up with this song on my keyboard one day but I found I didn't have enough hands to play it. I needed more - I needed electronic hands. I wanted to try something experimental this time so I allowed the computer to improvise on my themes during a few parts of this song. This represents the unpredictable nature of life.

The concept of this song parallels the ideals behind it meaning. This is a song about love. Besides love itself, the most prevalent feeling of every aspect in a relationship is anticipation. The more you think about that statement, the more truth you will find in it.

I dedicate this song to Shannon.

I also need to get myself a midi keyboard, it's just so much easier to create a good melody when you actually have something to play in front of you. Instead of dully clicking and dragging in the piano roll.

Wow, that was incredible. I find it hard my for myself to come up with more words to describe your work as.

Your songs seem to have very deep concepts and meaning behind them. Something my music at this point lacks, I'm not bashing myself. But it just shows I have a way to go before ever reaching this level.

I think pretty soon I'm going to go download your music, it really is great. You need to find a somewhere else where you will received more exposure. Definitely worth discovering.

Thanks for the advice, but let me give you some back.The concepts surrounding my songs are based on life experience that you will gain with time, regardless of what you do in life.You are young, but very talented yourself. If you apply yourself and never give up, by the time you reach my age you will have surpassed me.
