Luar na Lubre: "Os animais" ("The Animals"), As Pontes 2009 - English subtitles

Luar na Lubre is a celtic folk music ensemble from Galicia, an autonomous community of Spain.

Members of the group are:
•Sara Louraço Vidal - Vocals
•Xulio Valera - Bouzouki, vocals and percussion
•Bieito Romero - Bagpipes, accordion and zanfoña
•Eduardo Coma - Fiddle
•Patxi Bermudez - Bodhran, drum and djimbek
•Pedro Valero - Acoustic guitar
•Xavier Ferreiro - Latin percussion and effects
•Xan Cerqueiro - Flutes
As Pontes de García Rodríguez, a little town in Northern Galicia, is famous for its power plant, but also the annual host for the Festas da Fraga, which included this folk festival. Luar na Lubre was one of four groups invited, and they are presenting here their massive hit Os animais, which was part of their success album Camiños da fin da terra (Warner, 2007).
