  • @Ironman4321wow Super easy to make...got the pipe and 2 end pieces at Home Depot for about $15. Throw some water in there and you are good to go!

  • 1st like, 1st comment....what the hell is that thing lol

  • @Ironman4321wow Ha. Thanks for the comment. It's a 3 foot slosh pipes that I put together with 4" wide PVC piping. I added 12 pounds of water to make it unstable and to really challenge rotational movements. The fighters love it. Thx.

  • Whats a slosh?

  • @ReSauceFul86 if your still a novice forget about wieight divisions and fighting ,it will take you a couple of years of skill training before youre ready to get into a cage.Just do it for fun and soon youll see if you have a flair for it and the right mindset.People on here have everything arse backwards.

  • lol at the fat kid in the background

  • @ReSauceFul86 Likewise, my man.

  • @TheLockon00 Hey man thanks for the advice, I'll take it under advisement in my training regime that I'm just about to start. I wish you all the best with your training aswell and heres hoping you end up going pro dude :-}.

  • @ReSauceFul86 (part 2 of 2) I say train real hard at your strength and endurance and you'll easily walk around at 145+ and you'll be a beast. Exercises I recommend would be strength based regiments revolving around power lifting exercises (bench press, deadlift, squat), olympic lifting (clean, clean + jerk, snatch) and strongman exercises (yoke carry, farmers walks, tire flips, atlas stones, etc). I also suggest muscular endurance training involving: kettle bells, weight sled, prowler, etc.

  • @ReSauceFul86 (part 1 of 2) Hey man. I'm a 19 year old amateur mma fighter trying to go pro. I weigh 205. Keep in mind, I'm not an expert fitness trainer or anything like that, so take my advice for a grain of salt, but I'd say go for 145. Pure stength and muscular endurance are both very important in this sport and they can really come in handy in the lighter divisions because your working against less resistance.

  • nice one push-up Phil haha

  • What a great idea to use in training. I love it when simple ideas can have a great effect on training potential :-}

  • Can someone help me I need some advice, I'm 24 and really looking to get into MMA training at a serious level. I'm 5' 9'' and walk around nearly bang on 141lbs. I'm a little on the thin side but I do have some mild definition. I want to know what weight I should aim to fight at 135 or 145? which would be better for my build? Any thoughts or tips? I'd love to hear from anyone who has some experience with gaining/cutting weight for fights/training. Thanks guys.
