The 2010 National Collegiate Rube Goldberg Machine Contest winner the University of Wisconsin-Stout. The task of their machine is to dispense an appropriate amount of hand sanitizer onto a hand. The UW-Stout team's machine entitled "Valley of the Kings" takes 120 steps to complete this task including pop-up obelisks, a row of gods whose eyes lit up, a boat that floats on the Nile River, a sphinx, and catapults.

  • They won two years in a row, or this won and went to nationals? The 2011 UW-Stout video says its the national winner, too.
