How To Stop Spotify Adverts! 100% Working - Tried and Tested!

Yo WAAZZZUPPPP!

Okay guys this is a simple tutorial on how to stop those annoying inbetween track adverts in Spotify. It's a simple proxy configuration and take 2 seconds to do.

This has worked for me so far... a few people have said it doesn't work for them but for me it works 100%. Perhaps your firewall is blocking Proxy Connection? Make sure your firewall is set to allow incoming connections and proxies.

Instructions:

Step 1) Start Up Spotify
2) Click Edit, then Preferances
3) Change Proxy Type To HTTPS
4) Set The Proxy To 213.203.241.210
5) Set The Port To 80
6) Scroll Down And Click Apply
7) Restart Spotify.

That's all there is to it.

make sure your firewall/computer security allows incoming/outgoing proxy connections etc. It works for me and most of my friends, but occasionally it doesn't work for someone. Could possibly be due to blocked connections, so make sure you check your settings. Hope this helps.

Yep. I'll make a vid on that tommorow when I get home from school. Thanks for the inspiration ;p Here's what you basically do: Go grab a program that records sound outgoing through your sound card. I suggest Replay Music. Go into spotify and start recording :D
