@LostKoetzsch Look up cholesterol there is a good type and a bad type and the good type is in us naturally and only becomes imbalanced after eating meat...Anyways it's not easy to let go of meat and dairy etc because many of us were raised on it for various unfortunate reasons. But rather than being against animal products, it's much easier and liberating to think of as positivity towards natures nutrition. Modifying fast foods into vegan dishes is simply a way to ease beginners transitioning.
