  • any old punching bag will do fine. Start at the top where its softer, then raise the bag over time. Your in good shpe when you can confortably kcik the bottom third of the bag 80 to 100 times per leg in a single session of training. Does it hurt still afterward? Yes. but the pain isn't sharp like when you bang your leg on the edgeof a hard surface. it become more of a thump, a dull ache which you can deal with easier mentally. it doesn't have that shock factor which makes you recoil or stop.

  • ho ho i kick iron pole everyday and it turn out.......... unpredictable.

  • Getting kicked/punched. Effected area sends signals to brain saying pain. Brain sends back signal to effected area. After long periods of time effecting targeted area signals become less strong. Signals that are being sent called "substance p" Begin to decrease ultimately allowing you to feel remarkably less amounts of pain. Up to 5 years of training = only 10% of pain felt in target area. Bones breaking than growing back stronger and stronger after 5 years become tough as stone. "Wolfs law"

  • Kicking tyres is also a very good method and alot more safer than rolling wood or metal up and down your shin...Just simply kick the tyre.

  • @narezul PIK IT UP PIK IT UP

  • sand is the best. make your own sand bag or buy one brand new and as it gets harder so do you. it will feel like breaking sandstone with every punch after a good few months
