WE ARE FAMILY is about a terminally ill divorcee who has to accept the new woman in her ex-husband's life as the stepmother of her kids and the problems they face to find a common ground of understanding.
Kajol plays Arjun Rampal's ex-wife while Kareena plays his girlfriend.

indians just wanna copy other people cos they jus think stealing the films name and giving it a little twist can help them make money and a lot o profit why wouldnt they cos its not a new thing they do they copied lots of movies with a lot of twists. also it jus shows how dumb they are. they make a lot of fame just by coping which is why i don't like indian movies anymore apart from bodyguard its just exceptionally tooooooooooooooooooooooooo gooooooooooood to watch

Its a remake of Step mother.There's a difference between remake and copy.If you have seen the movie,you can see that before the movie starts,it says that its based on the movie step mother.Karan Johar took official permission from Step Mother movie's producers to make the remake in Hindi.
