do some crunches , leg raises for your abs ,squats and reverse leg raises for your booty. Everything else looks fine

@Masshiroi I ,not even really trying that much, can loose about 2 pounds in three days by just eating healthy, and smaller portions, doing cardio workouts,drink tons of milk (I do that anyways) and try not to eat before I sleep. It works really well!

@outfitmadeofawesome sure you like her body, thats you. I dont understand why there are so many people commenting this diet videos saying "DONT LOSE ANY WEIGHT YOU LOOK FINE" i mean first of all its not about you, if the person making the video wants to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle i really dont understand why so many people discourage that lifestyle

@LuVtaTaLk Yes! I walked! When I say I ran max 2 miles was a few times a week when I felt most strong, but I walked too :)

@Masshiroi haha i guess. i should start doing that, i been taking walks instead of running.. do you think taht would help?

@LuVtaTaLk Well I lost it slow cause I was 14 and I loved drive-thrus.....I became over weight from eating fast food like almost everyday, eating little debbie nutty bars instead of a real meal lol I still do that sometimes but truly much less and I didn't even know which was a fruit or vegetable, and water, was like flavorless....so it took time to get off that habit with no help, and I ran like 2 miles max so it's not much, I guess I really took my time :p

@Masshiroi o thtats not that bad besides the mile... aw that sucks 1 pound a month. all the trouble.

@LuVtaTaLk Eating less, running miles every day, trying to avoid fast food, replace drinks with water, more veggies and fruit :) I lost it a bit slow....like 1 pound a month...so yeah, it's quite a journey n.n
Stay with it & Good luck. It's a lifetime process ;)

Thank you! I'm really encouraged right now, I just hope I can stay motivated throughout the rest of the weight loss and then to maintain it!
