Okay, so I just watched my video, and I realized that you can't see the scale AT ALL, but I'll try to get better next week. You'll just have to trust me that I weigh 199.4 lbs.

My goal weight is 140 lbs, which is considered healthy for my height 5'8".

Like I said, I've gone totally organic. I'm not excluding carbs, fats, ect. from my meals I'm just eating right and staying between 1300 - 1500 calories per day.

  • do some crunches , leg raises for your abs ,squats and reverse leg raises for your booty. Everything else looks fine

  • @fashionbug9880 Yeah...sounds easy right, yet mostly everyone is fat, wonder why...

  • @Masshiroi I ,not even really trying that much, can loose about 2 pounds in three days by just eating healthy, and smaller portions, doing cardio workouts,drink tons of milk (I do that anyways) and try not to eat before I sleep. It works really well!

I dont understand why there are so many people commenting this diet videos saying "DONT LOSE ANY WEIGHT YOU LOOK FINE" i mean first of all its not about you, if the person making the video wants to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle i really dont understand why so many people discourage that lifestyle

  • @LuVtaTaLk Yes! I walked! When I say I ran max 2 miles was a few times a week when I felt most strong, but I walked too :)

  • @Masshiroi haha i guess. i should start doing that, i been taking walks instead of running.. do you think taht would help?

  • @LuVtaTaLk Well I lost it slow cause I was 14 and I loved drive-thrus.....I became over weight from eating fast food like almost everyday, eating little debbie nutty bars instead of a real meal lol I still do that sometimes but truly much less and I didn't even know which was a fruit or vegetable, and water, was like flavorless....so it took time to get off that habit with no help, and I ran like 2 miles max so it's not much, I guess I really took my time :p

  • @Masshiroi o thtats not that bad besides the mile... aw that sucks 1 pound a month. all the trouble.

  • @LuVtaTaLk Eating less, running miles every day, trying to avoid fast food, replace drinks with water, more veggies and fruit :) I lost it a bit slow....like 1 pound a month...so yeah, it's quite a journey n.n
