Playing Final PacMan Split Screen - Level 256

This video shows what happens when you get to the absolute final level of PacMan - there is a bug in the code which causes the final screen to be half filled with random characters and the game to be over.

the level number rolls over to 0 after finished level 255 and this is the level 0 not 256 but ghosts still don't become blue
