This makes me want to get mine redone. I got it done when I was 16, and I'm 24 now and a Momma of 1 with one on the way so I felt silly having it so I let it grow over. But this makes me miss mine :(

I had mine done back in 2006 and HATED it. It didnt hurt at all getting done which i was surprised about but it kept getting caught on the bottom of my teeth (the part thats covered by your gums) and it justb pissed me off so much that i took it out. I still have the scar and i didnt even keep it in long.

I had one for 4 years and it never bothered me except for the couple of times that I accidentally caught it with my bottom teeth and bit it when I was eating....now that was pain!...I like it though...I think its so pretty and feminine :)

Oh! And once it fully heals you can get a shorter bar and it won't hit your teeth as much! Just white it heals and swells there a longer bar in.

I know this is annoying...bc i hated when people would tell me this shit. BUT! be careful with it hitting your teeth and gums. you can have tissue damage or even chip your teeth. (ok ok i know annoy sorry...i work for a dentist). But its still super cute on you girl! where's your little muffin?!
