This may seem like a weird question, but it looks like you were wearing shorts, even while delivering? I want to know what you were wearing because I would love to have something similar and be a little more modest during delivery. Would you be willing to share your wardrobe secrets? :D

@lizzandlilli No. This was the most peaceful birth I've had because I used the Hypnobabies program. It was wonderful!

This video really was beautiful, thank you! I am doing a planned home birth with my first, I wanted to bypass the hospital completely :-P I am doing the Bradley Method, I think it will be interesting to do hypnobabies next time and really see how they differ. I am sure they complement each other really well. Thank again! What a lovely experience!
