Belizean Spam Sandwiches

I think you can use potted meat too. I just can't seem to find that her in Southern California. I think both meats are smooth and salty so they both spread well.

I have a question: can you use potted meat the same way you use the spam? I remember in back in Belize, when there was a repast or any other celebratory event, these types of sandwiches would be there. I have always thought that potted meat was used. I will give this a try.
