  • i ran the london marathon and all i did for training (3 months) was run for 1 hour every 2 days. I ran 4 hours 40 minutes. After 2 hours into the the race I felt like superman.

  • i guess this is impossible if you work full time...oh well.guess ill just be fat forever..lol
