Police scanner action from two motorcycle crashes, one on the Dragon at Deals Gap, the other was near US129, in Blount County Tennessee. The sportbike's alleged wheelie crash was near the Overlook, which has 600-foot drop offs. The 2nd crash involved a cruiser killed in a head-on crash with a truck passing a car. Lifestar helicopter service refused service to the unconscious cruiser rider, who weighed 300 pounds. Rural Metro ambulance corporation usually takes one hour to respond on the Dragon. It's suspected that none of the riders were wearing safety gear, only helmets. Includes sheriff Berrong's SWAT raid that killed a man for driving near his neighbor's lawn mower.
