Palamu, January 27 (ANI): Maoist splinter group, the Jharkhand Prastuti Committee (JPC) on Thursday hoisted an inverted national flag in rebel hotbed of Palamu in Jharkhand to mark their protest, as the country celebrated the 63rd Republic Day. The JPC is against Maoists over the atrocities on innocent commoners and also burnt black flags to express it's detest to the rebel outfit dominant in almost all districts of the state.
