Yeahh. she could have been arrested for withholding vital information that could solve a crime. But the police didnt know she was lying about witnessing the crime. Jason knew though. And when Sam threatened to tell the world that Jake was Jason's son, he told Sam that he would take her ass to jail if she said anything. So she didnt. He also told her that if she threatened Jake's safety one more time, that he would kill her. So yeahh.

no that's not true yes she could be charged as an accomplice cause she didn't report a crime she witnessed.that's why jason treatened to tell if she told he was jakes dad.

no i don't think so ..... she just has to go cops and say that she saw something ...... accomplice is someone planing or helping that person doing a crime she didn't say to someone still this kid .....
