Osservate come si filetta correttamente un pesce affusolato: una Trota d'allevamento (Irridea). Dopo aver tolto la testa, le interiora e le pinne ventrali si ottengono i due filetti. Vengono poi eliminate le lunghe spine pettorali e la pelle.
