The video shows a 4 head 6LD milk bottle tester easily findign 0.25 mm ( 10 thou) holes at a rate of 5496 bottles per hour. If we had not run our of good test bottle and filled the conevyor it would have run at 5800 bottles per hour.

Most people use much more xepensive rotary testers to run at this speed and would need so givent he hole size being detected. Most of the diary industry usuers testers that onyl find 20 thou in ( 0.5 mm) holes.

So this is why the speed in this test is very good.
