When Kati calls up her doctor, curious about her pregnancy, she starts to worry for herself. She feels they are not telling her everything; but is it true? Does it all just come back to Dr. Mcnees? The one who had told her the news in the first place...could possibly be a "suspect"?

Part 4 could just have the answers to Kati's questions.
