Chi is like the Tao.....the more you try to explain it, the more wrong you are. Also as a TC player, one knows that if you seek it, it will be elusive.

It is just best to think, where your mind is, your Chi is. Let everything else happen naturally.

umm... ok. thats a good definition, u can get it from a book, from a blog, from anyone. but how does it work, how does one cultivate it, how does one use it? who cares what it is, a weapon is only a stick until u interact with it, who gives a shit what it is! thousands of books out there describe it, chinese manuscripts describe it. almost none actually say how it works, this is why the sifu must explain how it works. good definition but i think you focused too much time just on what it is.

"Life force" is not a sufficent difinition.

Blood is life force. Salt is life force. Pottasium, iron, bio-electricity is life force.
