@xoxostephanie101 only some do, all females can, but only if they want to. And no, the eggs dont hatch without a male, they are infertile

Stop PICKING ON THE KID! SHE IS LEARNING! ! Female birds can lay eggs without a male. But you do need the male to mate with the female to fertilize the eggs. This doesn't mean they will hatch out. I just had 4 baby lovebirds hatch out. Don't put your hand in the nesting box and don't touch the babies! SHE WILL KILL THEM! Then she will have to start over.

Also, if you're not being sarcastic, I hope that you know that those are, in fact, lovebird eggs. They are, for your information, not rocks. We need more people like this girl in our society and less of people like you.
